CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

Since all products are printed on demand, cancellations are accepted only within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases: defective product, wrong product shipped, or wrong size shipped. The product must be unused and in original condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account you provide.
